Steph is Tier 3 Equinox Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Active Isolated Stretching Therapist , NeuroKinetic Therapist and Certified Nutritional Consultant. She has been in business for over 10 years . She started her business with a Bachelors Degree from Chapman University (Orange, Ca) then went on to obtain several advanced certifications including but not limited to Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist (AANC) Aerobics Instructor (AFAA), Certified Aquatic Exercise Instructor (AEA) , National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified FallProof Instructor, R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor, Advanced Active Isolated Stretching Therapist (AIS) , Muscle Activation Technique ( MAT), Advanced NeuroKinetic Therapist ( NKT) as well as many other educational courses specifically related to reducing client pain through corrective exercise, stretching and activation. Naturally Fit has been contracted by several corporations to offer a variety of services including Nutritional lectures, stretching programs, fitness classes and monitored employee wellness. Some of those corporations include Gatekeeper Systems , The Orange County Courthouse, The Lakewood Ranch Country Club, Gatorade and Disneyland.
