Mattes, BS, ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer #768773, specializes in Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening to help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and overall physical performance.
Using the proven Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), the therapists at Aaron Mattes Therapy provide individualized treatment programs designed to address a wide range of muscular and neurological conditions. These include, but are not limited to, whiplash, stroke recovery, spinal cord injuries, arthritis, chronic neck pain, back pain, and sports-related injuries.

We’re Located Midway Between I-75 and US 41
From Interstate 75
Take exit 207 (Bee Ridge Road) west for approximately 3 miles. Turn left on Sawyer Road and enter the parking lot on your right. After two speed bumps, you should see “Aaron Mattes Therapy” printed on the door.
From Highway 41
Turn east on Bee Ridge Road and proceed approximately 3 miles, or six traffic lights, to Sawyer Road. Enter the parking lot on your right. After two speed bumps, you should see “Aaron Mattes Therapy” printed on the door.
Referrals to our clinic are made by physicians, insurance company representatives or patients themselves. Persons under the age of 18 should be accompanied on the initial visit by a parent or guardian.
On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a Patient Registration Form. Information requested will include diagnosis, date of injury (if applicable) and other pertinent medical information. Financial responsibility for services is ultimately yours. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
