Ivone is a practitioner in the application of Active Isolated Stretch Programs(AIS), having apprenticed for world-renowned AIS creator, Aaron Mattes. She is also a seasoned practitioner of Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy (L.E.T), Body Work, Colon Hydrotherapy and Colo LAVAGE (a holistic prep for colonoscopy).
