Jean-Francois Degion Active Isolated Stretching Specialist
Jef Deglon, known by the first name of Jean in the United States (he will tell you the story ...), spent 30 years in the field of sport in Switzerland, with acrobatic gymnastics teams. He practiced gymnastics himself from birth until 2006. He had to stop because of shoulder problems. He trained gymnasts individually or in groups for local and national competitions for 20 years. He became a J + S expert in order to train gymnastics coaches.
Besides his sporting life, he is a software engineer and has created several companies active in this field. He currently manages a financial and real estate consulting company.
He discovered aikido in 2007 and it was like a revelation, or a reminder of what he wanted to do when he was a child! Helping and healing people was a dream!
Jef went to America in Florida in 2012 to study Shiatsu massage in a traditional Chinese medical school. He obtained his diploma (1st in promotion) at the acupuncture massage school in Miami in summer 2013. Then he studied AIS and attended seminars on Reiki, suction cups and Qigong. Healing through food is an issue he focuses on every day.
He worked and studied weekly with Aaron Mattes in his clinic in Sarasota for several months. Aaron is just a kind and kind man who wants to share his knowledge in order to help people.
