My passion for massage therapy started in the early 1990's after multiple injuries from improper weight training technique left me almost completely disabled and in chronic pain. When I was in my early 20's i found myself unable to stand up straight, lift my legs above 6 inches and unable to zip the fly on my pants. Scary place to be for sure. After seeking help from a number of medical disciplines proved unsuccessful, a chiropractic student friend of mine began working with each and every soft tissue injury I had. As I started regaining mobility in my legs, hips, arms, neck and shoulders I was sold. I became a believer that a body in as bad of shape as mine could be rescued, and i wanted to share this healing with others. In 2005 I enrolled in the School of Massage Therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington Mn. and have been helping people ever since.
