Since 1997, Diane Waye has worked closely with Aaron Mattes, creator of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). Diane is the Director of Professional Education for StretchingbytheBay and Mattes' official West Coast Teacher of AIS for National Certification. Her private practice is based in San Francisco. Diane loves restoring freedom of movement and solving problems with AIS, and teaching others how to do so too! She works with Olympic and pro athletes, as well as anyone who shows up with a good attitude :) Diane Waye is a gifted healer, trainer, and educator. Diane’s background is in fitness and she has led people in the conscious movement since 1988. Success with AIS for herself and her clients have inspired Diane Waye to specialize in The Mattes Method full-time since 1997. Professionals participating in her AIS seminars can earn Continuing Education Credit for Mattes’ Certification, NCBTMB, ACE, The CA Boarding of Chiropractic, and more. (More CE approvals are pending for Diane, plus most Professional Boards can be petitioned by the attendee.)
