James Muchowicz, LMT, CPT Active Isolated Stretching Specialist

James is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Active Isolated Stretching. James studied massage therapy at the American College of Natural Health in Gainesville, Florida and has been licensed since 1979. James studied Exercise Physiology at Florida Atlantic University and Fitness Institute International and became certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. James became the 2006 Trainer of the Year for Fitness Institute International awarded to him by Dr. Anthony Abbott for his work with people of advanced age with medical conditions. James studied Active Isolated Stretching at the Aaron Mattes Therapy Clinic. James did his internship in 1999 and was tutored by Aaron Mattes directly. James has been an assistant instructor for Aaron Mattes since 2001. James' goal with his clients is for them to be fully functional in the absence of pain or discomfort.
