Kathleen has been a licensed massage therapist for 24 years. She continues to study various techniques so that she can meet a variety of needs expressed by her clients. These services include relaxation, soft tissue pain reduction, ease of movement, muscular tone, flexibility, and improved athletic performance. Her sessions include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Active Isolated Stretching, Facial Rejuvenation, Strength Training, or Chair Massage. Kathleen has been very successful using laser therapy for pain.
She is a member of the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, American Massage Therapy Association, and a National Academy Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
