Michele, owner of M Power Therapeutics, practices therapeutic rehabilitation for acute and chronic pain and sports performance at a private office in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, utilizing a strategic formula for healing, (M)3=Treat+Prevent+Enhance. As a facilitator of healing Michele replicates Aaron's stretching, strengthening, massage therapy, and cryotherapy as observed and practiced in his clinic. She further maximizes the healing process by using a Class IV Warm Deep Tissue Laser or MPS- Microcurrent Stimulation/Acupuncture. Michele educates her clients, the public and Healthcare Practioners by teaching the Mattes Method: AIS. Her passion to help people help themselves be better started in 1977 and continues today. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the Florida State University (FSU) and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy from Educating Hands School of Massage. She is internationally certified with distinction as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS,*D) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT,*D) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
