Michele uses Aaron's stretching, strengthening, massage, cryotherapy and vibration therapy. She maximizes the recovery process by using a Class IV Warm Deep Tissue Laser, and combining MPS- Microcurrent Stimulation with Young Living Essential Oils and Hydrotherapy. Releasing Scar Tissue Adhesions and Inflammation is paramount in the initial stages of the healing process.
